How do I get my photos onto SnapPages™?
To upload your photos on SnapPages™ simple select the "import" button at the top of the screen. Once you select this button it will take you to a screen and walk you through the process step by step.
How do I rotate and crop my photos?
First select the photo you would like to edit, then you can make these edits and more by selecting the "adjust" button at the top of the screen. From here you can crop, rotate, and adjust the colors on your photo.
How do I add a caption to one of my photos?
First select the photo that you would like to add a caption to, then select the "properties" button at the top of the screen. From here you can add captions, change what tags are associated with the photo, and modify the photo's title.
What are tags?
Tags are keywords that you can add to a photo to make it easier for you to find and organize it. For instance if you gave a photo a "tag" called "nature" and later you searched for the word "nature", all the photos that had this tag would be displayed automatically.
How can I share my photos with others?
First of all you will need to ensure that you have photos in an album that the album permission are not set to "private". Next you can select the "share" button at the top of the screen. From here you can select which album you would like to share and then who you would like to email that album to. Then an email will be sent to your friend that has a link to that album on your public photo page.
How do I add photos to an album?
There are a two ways you can add photos to an album. You can either select the option to add photos to an album when you are importing them or you can simply select the photos you want to add and drag them on top of album you want them to go in.
How do I change the permissions on my album?
If you click on an album it will give you the option to "edit" it. If you select this option you will be taken to another screen. On this screen select the "permissions" option and change them here.
Are my photos resized from their original size?
Right now the maximum size a photo can be is 2000x2000 pixels so if your image is larger then this, it will be resized on the server.
Is there a maximum number of photos that I can upload?
With the free basic account, you can store up to 1GB (about 350 photos) or you can upgrade to the premium account and get 10GB or storage space.
