Attunement is the experience of union with our deepest Self. As a sacred healing art, Attunement sessions facilitate that deep reconnection through non-touch energy balancing, particularly through the spiritual portals of the seven glands of the endocrine system. Attunement is restorative to body, mind, and heart.

Included in my offerings are in-person and distance Attunement sessions, Radiant Gatherings and periodic classes on energy and Attunement. In addition, I am now offering a monthly RSVP Invitation and opportunities for individual retreat in the Attunement Sanctuary.

For the past twelve years, I've been delighted to find my longtime interests in spirituality and holistic health merged in this practice of "being true to the Light within." My work is as an Advanced Attunement Practitioner practicing out of Conway, Arkansas.

My training has included studies with Healing Touch founder Janet Mentgen, Attunement Master Teachers Andrew Shier and Chris Jorgensen, and many others.
