Summer Solstice 2010
Hello Friends,

Greetings on this warm and spacious day…are you too feeling the heat of a growing intensity as well as an opening up to something brand new?

When I came across the above quote by Gangaji a while back, I thought, “That’s it! What a great description of what’s being asked of us right now!” I’ve been feeling a enormous pull to experience the freedom of letting go.

So, I’ve been letting go of things I’ve long clung to…heirlooms, letters, journals…grievances, beliefs, expectations…and with that has come a sense of leaving everything behind to make room for something new. I’ve felt a deep readiness and a drive to give myself up to some wholly new adventure. It has been an interesting time in our household! In fact, it seemed we were to give the house up as well and we began plans for letting go of our wonderful house and Sanctuary and moving on...free falling into some new life.

Funny, now we’re letting go of our new plans too and have made a commitment to just be still and drop into a deeper listening about what in the world is happening with us.

In my meditation this morning I felt everything changing. I felt that the change underway is so much bigger than any of us, so much more than moving from one place to another and so beyond our current thinking and imagining. I felt that letting go and relaxing and going with this river of change could be an amazing joy ride! And that clinging to the signposts we’ve known before could make an inevitable ride incredibly painful. It seems that change is happening. How are we responding? Clinging even tighter? Or letting go for the free fall? How much trust do we have in an underlying Design of Life?

At present, I am in Conway and gladly continuing to offer Attunement sessions as well as Integrated Counseling and Energy sessions in our Attunement Sanctuary here. Assisting each other to discover and attune to our own deepest knowings offers our best guidance forward. I would love to connect with you in this spacious, intense summer season!

Many of you already know Pat Bradley from her years here as a local professional counselor and dream circle facilitator…and perhaps she’s your holistic veterinarian! The two of us are now offering joint sessions. These are special times of personalized energetic support for improved health and well-being through deep relaxation, imagery and dreamwork. Your body is your guide. These integrated sessions provide a gentle and effective entryway to the peace and particular guidance that can be accessed within each person. Sessions are held at the Attunement Sanctuary and scheduled through me by phone or email. The fee is currently $120 for an hour session.

Held at Anne Avant’s fantastic Cedar Rock Yoga Studio, this workshop will be from 1-4:30 pm. The group of us who came together weekly for the “Transformation Tuesday” series here in March had a great time! And we found that going to this core place in us was, indeed, transformational. Every interior visit seemed to give more nourishment to our emerging butterfly selves.

Events here at the Attunement Sanctuary in Conway are expressly for visiting the Light Within and opening to the heightened awareness and natural flowering that this reunion brings. I’m delighted to share more transformative opportunities offered for the month of April!
