Hello Friends!
Wow, the last time I wrote a newsletter was last June and the theme was “Letting Go.” My New Year’s message to myself was “Lighten Up!” These four words sum up my half a year of introspection!

Dissolving into Love
Thank you, Ram Dass, for the beautiful quote from your new book, Be Love Now. The more I let go, the more I lighten up. Then, experiencing my radiant loving self is as natural as can be. From this core of myself, I am nourished and guided.

Radiant Gathering, January 18 and February 15, 6-7 pm
It’s time for these again! I invite you to share in the oh-so-natural experience of connecting to your radiant Center. As we do this together, we allow the elevated reality of who we are to shine out in blessing to each and all! This is our birthright. It is uplifting, empowering and simple. True to Your Light Within: Personal Attunement Sessions
These are the therapeutic body energy sessions that I offer. Known as Attunement sessions, they serve beautifully to open us more fully to the radiant expression of our Soul. Tensions and constrictions that we may not even realize begin to naturally release, allowing health and wholeness to emerge. Attunement is a wonderful way to support the process of relaxing and remembering the Love that we are. Sessions are in Conway and can be scheduled by phone or email. I would welcome such a time together.
