I always appreciate Dr. Dan’s reminders to experience life through the knowing of transformation…especially when all matter of havoc and tensions, restlessness and unease may be arising in the external world. Everything is in a profound process of change right now.

The time for being good caterpillars is over! Now is the time for yielding to the divine metamorphosis underway in each of us and in the world. Impelled from within, necessitated from without, could it be that our current breakdowns simply accompany our own natural and timely breakthroughs into our higher order Selves?

Transformation Tuesdays, beginning in March 2010
This will be a time set aside for conscious engaging with the evolution of our own personal capacities and dedicated to the wider spiritual flowering of humanity. Through guided meditations, creative expression and energetic attuning, we’ll venture into the heart of our little cocoons and see what is stirring to awaken there! As groups have experienced here previously, a shared intention of opening to this emerging “newness of life” wondrously expands our intuitive abilities and serves to deepen the trust in the presence and guidance of our “inner holiness.”

To join in the Transformation Tuesdays happening in March, please register prior to March 1 with a phone call or email. We’ll be meeting in the evenings from 7:00-8:30 in the Sanctuary behind my home at 1260 Hunter Street in Conway. A suggested donation of $10-20 each week will contribute to snacks, smiles and synergistic surprises! All are welcome, kindly spread the word!

Personal Attunement Energy Sessions
“What brings you here today?,” I asked a client this week. “I can tell I’m off-balance and uncentered and this always connects me back up again” was the response.

This client knows that our energetic patterning sets the stage for the thoughts and behaviors that appear in daily life. Attunement sessions serve as a vital reconnection to the calm in the storm; the still, small voice; the inner holiness. Such a reconnection brings with it deep restoration and clears the way for the emergence of new life.

Getting “connected back up” is a big blessing to yourself and to the world. It’s a blessing for me to offer these sessions. Sessions are $60/hour and can be scheduled by phone or email. I welcome hearing from you!

Well, I was delighted to view the movie at a 3D theater in Little Rock last weekend. I recommend seeing it however you can! At the end, I kept waiting for the credits to acknowledge the lush planet Pandora and the various galactic beings involved in the making of the film.

After a night of processing the messages, this came forth in my journal the next morning:

“I am the avatar. My breathing connects me to this local role-play. I love being all of who I AM. I appreciate the game! All is well.”

Hello Friends,
I love this poem by mystic poet Kabir because I love paying attention to the invisible lifebird! In this last month, I’ve been dancing (literally!) to new verses of my lifebird’s song. It’s like I’m experiencing my next level of freedom. Others around me have been describing times of change - breakdowns and breakthroughs – that open their cage door to the singing, hidden in visible matter. When you pay attention, what do you hear?

True to Your Light Within: Personal Energy Sessions
Dancing to new verses of my song has taken my Attunement work to a new level! It seems that as we are all shifting and changing, our capacity for energetic connection has heightened. “I’m feeling the energy more than I ever have before” has been a common response to these new sessions.

In celebration and gratitude, I am glad to offer hour-long sessions at a “pick your price” fee for the month of December! Well, Reverend Angela says it simply and beautifully in this quote taken from today’s “Morning Blessing”. What’s our task in this time of increased intensity, personally, nationally, planet-wide? To learn to relax. Trust in a design of Life beyond our thinking and figuring. Know that we are so much more than our bodies and personalities. Relax. There’s a deeper knowing. Let our Soul express itself.

I enjoy starting my day with such reminders.
